摘要:
基于长江南京段八卦洲(左汊)上坝水源地的基本情况,分析水源地保护区内水域、陆域的污染源现状,以及包括沿江岸线、连通水体、水上交通等方面的潜在污染风险源现状。在探讨水源地风险防控目标基础上,遵循防控基本原则,从水质污染、水量短缺、生态环境和管理安全4个方面研究,分析提出科学合理、操作性高、针对性强的风险防控措施,为长江南京段八卦洲(左汊)上坝水源地风险防控决策提供支撑。
Abstract:
Based on the basic situation of Shangba water source area of Baguazhou(left branch)in Nanjing Section of Yangtze River, the current situation of pollution sources in the water source protection area and land area, as well as the potential pollution risk sources including the riverside coastline, connected water body and water transportation were analyzed. On the basis of discussing the risk prevention and control objectives of water sources, following the basic principles of prevention and control from four aspects of water quality pollution, water shortage, ecological environment and management safety, scientific, reasonable, operational and targeted risk prevention and control measures were analyzed and put forward, which could provide support for the risk prevention and control decision of Shangba water source area of Baguazhou( left branch )in Nanjing section of Yangtze River.
