摘要:: 全面系统总结江苏水利“十三五”工作,理清“十四五”水利改革发展思路、找准定位、谋划目标。聚焦2021年,明确夺取灾害防御胜利、加快重大工程建设、推进系统治理保护、完善农村水利体系、增强资源约束刚性、提升建设管理质效、推进水情教育升级、深化水利改革创新8项重点工作,以实干实绩为“十四五”水利发展谋新篇开新局。

Abstract:: The 13th five-year plan work of Jiangsu water conservancy was comprehensively and systematically summarized, the thoughts of water conservancy reform and development in the 14th five-year plan were clarified to find out correct positioning and plan goals. Focusing on 2021, eight key tasks would be identified, including winning the victory of disaster prevention, speeding up the construction of major projects, promoting the system governance and protection, improving the rural water conservancy system, enhancing the rigidity of resource constraints, improving the quality and efficiency of construction and management, promoting the upgrading of water regime education, and deepening the reform and innovation of water conservancy, so as to open a new chapter for the development of water conservancy in the 14th five-year plan.
