摘要:
河道疏浚是江南水乡历年重要的水利工程项目,且必须周而复始进行。河道疏浚可以有效扩大河道过水断面,保障区域防洪除涝安全和灌溉需要,促进河网水系良性循序和水生态平衡,对改善水环境和周边地区生态环境具有积极的现实意义。制约河道疏浚的主要问题是清淤土方工程量较大但土方的堆压场所较少、工程投资大、受河道两侧环境影响较大等。通过对多种河道疏浚方式、淤泥处置方式及土方单价进行分析,提出不同工况条件下河道疏浚的优化方式。
Abstract:
River dredging has been an important hydraulic project in the Chiang-Nan water country for many years and must be carried out round and round. River dredging can effectively expand the cross-section of water flowing through the river, ensure the safety of regional flood control and irrigation needs, promote the good order of the river network and water ecological balance, and have positive practical significance for improving the water environment and the ecological environment of the surrounding areas. The main problems that constrain river dredging are the large volume of silt for dredging but the small number of sites for stockpiling and compaction of silt, the large investment in the project and the influence of the environment on both sides of the river. This paper analyses a variety of river dredging methods, silt disposal methods and silt unit costs to provide optimization mode of river dredging under different working conditions.
