摘要:
感潮地区外江潮位变化对区域洪涝体系的有效发挥非常重要。目前江苏省太湖地区现状防洪规划并未将外江潮位变化纳入区域防洪标准的制定进行考虑。根据江苏省太湖地区沿江3个潮位代表站长系列潮位资料,对沿江潮位变化特征进行分析研究。结果表明,代表站年内最高潮位与汛期排涝设计潮位均表现出整体升高的趋势,其中以镇江(二)站变化最为显著。进入21世纪,沿江潮位特征值均出现由降低转为升高的突变现象,也反映出外部排江环境在变差,在后续地区防洪规划修编时,要增加考虑潮位变化可能产生的影响,特别是在流域上游的湖西地区。
Abstract:
The variation of the tide level of the Yangtze River is vital to the regional flood and waterlogging system in the tidal region. In the current flood control planning of Taihu Basin in Jiangsu, the tide level of the Yangtze River is not considered in the formulation of regional flood control standards. The characteristics of tidal level variation in the Yangtze River were analyzed by the tidal level data collected from three tidal stations along the Yangtze River of the Taihu Basin in Jiangsu. The results show that the annual variation of the highest tidal level and the designed tidal level in the flood season show an overall increasing trend, and the tidal level of Zhenjiang (Ⅱ) station changes most significantly. Since the 21st century, the tide level along the Yangtze River in the study exists mutation phenomenon from decreasing to increasing, which indicates the external environment for flood drainage is worse. In the subsequent revision of regional flood control planning, the variation of tide level should be taken into account in the regional flood and waterlogging control system, especially in the upper reaches of the lake west region.
