摘要:
以安全运行、充分发挥工程效益为主线,着力构建适应新时代要求的工程运行管理规范体系,全力做好河湖和水利工程管理范围划定,大胆创新工程精细化管理模式,全省各类闸站库工程,保障了社会经济高质量发展。总结了“十三五”期间和2020年工程运行管理工作取得的成效,分析了当前运管工作新形势,谋划了“十四五”发展蓝图,提出了2021年工作具体要点。
Abstract:
Taking safe operation and giving full play to the project benefits as the main line,a standardized system of project operation and management that adapted to the requirements of the new era should be constructed,The delineation of the management scope of rivers and lakes and water conservancy projects should be fully done,and the fine management mode of engineering should be boldly innovated. All kinds of sluice station and reservoir projects in the province guarantee the high-quality development of social economy. The achievements of project operation and management during the 13th Five-Year Plan period and 2020 were summarized,new situation of current transportation management was analyzed,development blueprint of the 14th Five-Year Plan was planned,and specific points of work in 2021were put forward.
