摘要:
2022年，江苏水利按照“争当表率、争做示范、走在前列”的目标要求，赓续使命、勇立潮头，扛起稳经济的重任，负起主人翁的职责，担起防大汛的使命，推进骨干水网、农村水利、生态环境工程建设；夯实管理基础、维护管理权威、提升管理效能；认清防汛形势、担好部门责任、拓展防御手段、发挥支撑作用，奋力夺取保安全新胜利，抒写“强富美高”新江苏水利现代化篇章，以实际行动迎接党的二十大胜利召开。
Abstract:
In 2022, Jiangsu water conservancy will continue its mission, take the lead bravely, shoulder the heavy responsibility of stabilizing the economy, assume the responsibility of being the master, undertake the mission of preventing major floods, and promote the construction of backbone water networks, rural water conservancy, and ecological environment projects in accordance with the goal of “striving to be an example, striving to be a model, and taking the lead”; Consolidate the management foundation, maintain the management authority and improve the management efficiency; Recognize the flood control situation, bear departmental responsibilities, expand defense means, play a supporting role, strive to win a new victory for security, write a chapter of the “strong, prosperous, beautiful and highly-civilized” new Jiangsu water conservancy modernization, and take practical actions to meet the victory of the 20th CPC National Congress.
