摘要:
水闸安全鉴定管理实施办法规定四类闸指运用指标无法达到设计标准,工程存在严重安全问题,需降低标准运用或报废重建 。在此之前必须加强安全监测,制定保闸安全应急措施,并限制运用,确保工程安全。以某闸为例,开展裂缝监测、水平位移监测、扬压力监测,并对监测数据进行分析。
Abstract:
Sluice safety appraisal management implementation measures provide that the four types of sluice operation indexes cannot meet the design standards, and there are serious safety problems in the project, so it is necessary to reduce the standard operation or scrap reconstruction. Before this, safety monitoring must be strengthened, emergency measures for sluice protection should be formulated, and the application should be restricted to ensure the safety of the project. Taking a sluice as an example, the crack monitoring, horizontal displacement monitoring and lifting pressure monitoring are carried out, and the monitoring data are analyzed.
