摘要:
极端降水形成的洪水会造成堤坝渗漏,而渗漏会加剧堤坝溃决的风险。溃坝事件发生由三个主要因素共同造成,即洪水事件、堤坝的水力薄弱环节和岩土工程薄弱环节。通过以江苏省宿迁市南部的一处河堤为例,分析其在洪水和渗流下的稳定性。分别从水文学、水力学和岩土学角度确定河堤破坏过程的影响因素,研究结果指出洪水和渗漏导致的交通堤坝溃决的主要因素为内部侵蚀,包括土壤淤积和集中管道侵蚀等过程。研究结果对评估洪水和渗漏下交通堤坝的稳定性具有实际的指导意义。
Abstract:
Floods formed by extreme precipitation can cause seepage in embankments, and seepage will increase the risk of dam break. The occurrence of dam break events is jointly caused by three main factors, namely flood events, the weak link of the hydraulic system of the embankment and the weak link of geotechnical engineering. This paper takes a river embankment in the south of Suqian City, Jiangsu Province as an example to analyze its stability under flood and seepage. In particular, the influencing factors of the river embankment failure process were determined from the perspectives of hydrology, hydraulics and geotechnical engineering. The research results indicate that the main factor causing the breach of transportation embankments due to floods and seepage is internal erosion, which includes processes such as soil silting and concentrated pipe erosion. These results have practical guiding significance for evaluating the stability of transportation embankments under floods and seepage.
