摘要:
介绍了新江海河闸的基本情况,针对新江海河闸2019年现场安全检测中发现的问题,对防碳化材料进行了比选,从中指出渗透型氟硅涂料在混凝土防碳化中的优势,决定采用双组份渗透型氟硅涂料。同时,还介绍了施工工艺,并对施工后影响进行评价总结,工程整体效果良好,不仅提升了新江海河闸的闸容闸貌,而且延长了闸的使用寿命。
Abstract:
The basic situation of Xinjianghai River Sluice was introduced. In view of the problems found in the on-site safety inspection of Xinjianghai River Sluice in 2019, the anti-carbonization materials were compared and selected, and the advantages of permeable fluorosilicon coatings in the anti-carbonization of concrete were pointed out. Therefore, the two-component permeable fluorosilicon coatings was determined to be used. At the same time, the construction technology was also introduced, and the influence after construction was evaluated and summarized. The overall effect of the project was good, which not only improved the sluice appearance of the Xinjianghai River Sluice, but also extended the service life of the sluice.
