小型水库建设标准低，加之管理不善，存在防洪能力不足、大坝渗漏、结构不安全、金属结构老化及安全管理落后等问题。针对以上存在问题，对新除险小水库出险加固技术进行了探讨，并提出相关建议。
- Abstract:

Small reservoirs are with low construction standards, and usually with poor management. There are problems such as insufficient flood control capacity, dam leakage, structural safety, metal structure aging and safety management backward, and so on. To solve the above problems, new techniques for small reservoir danger reinforcement are discussed, as well as some related suggestions.
