摘要:
脱贫攻坚是当前三大攻坚战之一,是全面建成小康社会历史任务中一项重要内容。党的十八大以来,各地各级、各部门各单位都能够认真贯彻落实习近平同志关于脱贫攻坚的系列重要讲话精神和中央、地方各级党委政府的系列部署安排,因地制宜采取针对性措施,系统集成、多管齐下,取得了预期成效。笔者总结提炼了本部门的具体做法,旨在为各部门各单位进一步提高扶贫质效、实现完美收官而抛砖引玉、提供一孔之见。
Abstract:
Poverty alleviation is one of the three major storming fortifications and an important part of the historical task of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It requires the confidence, patience and wisdom of the whole nation to accomplish this task. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, all localities, departments and units had been able to earnestly implement the spirit of Comrade Xi Jinping's series of important speeches on poverty alleviation and the series of deployment arrangements of the Party committees and governments at the central and local levels. Targeted measures have been taken according to local conditions, system integration and multi-pronged approach had achieved expected results. The author summarized and refined the specific practices of this department in order to further improve the quality and efficiency of poverty alleviation, to achieve a perfect end.
