摘要:
通过对临洪水利枢纽运行方式的分析,探索以防御洪水方式向生态运行方式转变。传统防洪工程在建设过程中预留了拓宽为生态运行的诸多接口,通过调度运行模式调整,释放水利建设的集群效应,能够更好地响应水生态服务需求,恢复河流活力,提高区域水资源利用效率,激活水利工程生态价值,促进水利工程设施更好适应经济社会发展进程。
Abstract:
Through the analysis of operation mode of Linhong Hydro-junction, transformation from flood prevention mode to ecological operation mode was explored. Traditional flood control project reserved many interfaces for ecological operation in construction process. By adjusting operation and dispatching mode and releasing cluster effect of water conservancy construction, it could better respond to the needs of water ecological services, restore the vitality of rivers, improve the utilization efficiency of regional water resources, activate the ecological value of water conservancy projects, and promote water conservancy facilities to better adapt to the process of economic and social development.
