摘要:
根据南水北调东线工程江苏段流量监测需求,邀请专家针对在线测流技术的选择提出不同的关注重点,依据指标体系选择的原则,测算各指标相对于目标层的权重,建立科学完善的指标体系。通过模糊分析评价得到2个控制断面各自的最优测流方法,有利于南水北调输水水量的精准监控,为跨流域的水资源调配提供技术支撑,保障南水北调工程运营及效益发挥。
Abstract:
According to the flow monitoring requirements of the Jiangsu section of the East Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, experts were invited to put forward different focus points for the selection of online flow measurement technology. According to the principle of index system selection, the weight of each index relative to the target layer was measured and a scientific and complete index system was established. The optimal flow measurement methods of the two control sections were obtained through fuzzy analysis and evaluation, which was conducive to the accurate monitoring of the water conveyance volume of the South to North Water Transfer Project, and could provide technical support for the inter-basin water resources allocation, and ensure the operation and benefits of the South to North Water Transfer Project.
