摘要:
水利防汛抢险应急救灾事关人民生命财产的安全,责任和意义重大,而水利防汛物资储备为其提供重要的物资基础保障。研究探索水利防汛物资储备库房垛位设计的科学原则和方法,通过实例分析其在实践中的应用并不断进行改进和优化,对保障汛期防汛应急抢险物资快速及时运送到抢险地点,保证库房内物资储存安全,强化运行维护管理以及库房空间的有效利用,有着一定现实意义。
Abstract:
Water conservancy flood prevention and emergency disaster relief is of great responsibility and significance for the safety of people’s lives and property, and water conservancy flood prevention material reserve provides important material support for it. To study and explore the scientific principles and methods of the stacking design of the water conservancy and flood control material storage warehouse, analyze its application in practice through examples, and constantly improve and optimize it, which is of great practical significance to ensure the rapid and timely delivery of flood control emergency material to the rescue site in the flood season, ensure the safety of material storage in the warehouse, operation and maintenance management, and the effective use of warehouse space.
