摘要:
为适应水旱灾害防御工作新形势、新需求,提高水旱灾害防御物资实用效率,降低物资消耗并减少损失,进一步提升物资保障能力,结合江苏省水旱灾害防御物资使用情况,研究“四新”即新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备的应用,立足区域防洪抢险工作对防汛防旱物资储备管理现状与发展方向进行探索。
Abstract:
To adapt to the new situation and requirements of flood and drought disaster prevention work, improve the practical efficiency of flood control and drought relief materials, reduce material consumption and losses, and further enhance the material support capacity, this study focuses on the application of the “four new” technologies, namely new technologies, new processes, new materials, and new equipment, based on the usage of flood control and drought relief materials in Jiangsu Province. It also explores the current status and development direction of the reserve management of flood control and drought relief materials in the context of regional flood emergency response work.
